Light and delicate Ecume, like the pastel colors of this seaside home, an annex to Les Résidents right next door. This counter, however, proves invigorating with its oysters from Arcachon, Marennes, or Utah Beach, embracing the simplicity of the sea with grilled rock octopus, French toast with cockles, and sea bream tartare with tosazu. A fine selection of wines from leading winemakers (7 Lunes, Matassa, Sylvie Spielmann…).
