The fire beneath the embers, in this spot inspired by South American cooking traditions that create crispy textures. A spirit of sharing and quality ingredients, generous and, of course, warm cuisine: merguez and kefta, octopus salad before the charcoal-grilled dishes, priced by weight, zaatar-confit lamb shoulder, rib of beef, and always a few exceptional cuts for discerning connoisseurs.
