A good place to take advantage of a site, a view and an evolved traditional cuisine that shows commendable efforts. The setting of this pretty house on the ramparts is enticing, and the prices are naturally a little high, but the menu allows you to build up a tasteful sequence: with eggplant à la bonifacienne, veal tianu with olives and white wine, squid stuffed with Bastiaise sauce, lamb à la stretta, low-temperature lacquered pork... Good desserts of the same level, fiadone or "gâteau qui pleure" almond chocolate, local and regional cellar.
