The restaurant’s main attraction is, of course, the wine, drawn from a well-curated and eclectic cellar. But the dishes are just as impressive, featuring contemporary offerings that are a delight to eat. The à la carte menu features beautifully presented seasonal dishes, such as a plate of white asparagus, gribiche sauce, and parsley crumble; stuffed cabbage with lentils and root vegetables, labneh, and mustard sprouts; a beautiful pie filled with confit lamb, morels, and bone marrow; and a chocolate tart with rhubarb jam and crème fraîche.
