Gault&Millau's review 2026

12,5/20
Gourmet Restaurant
It’s not the one in Locquirec, but it’s just as cheerful, in this charming corner of the Opal Coast. At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Solène Elliott, who excels at seafood and showcases it with intuition and expertise. Local ingredients are also put to good use; diners can rediscover white blood sausage served as a hot dog, apple, Mimolette cheese, and shallot compote; pollock with Opal Coast mussels, fregola, and a celery-carrot fricassee; and a pink veal loin served with mashed potatoes, mushrooms, black garlic, New Zealand spinach, and brown sauce, a creamy chicory purée, a juniper-soaked cookie, and tiramisu from a siphon.
