This is a cozy restaurant near Bastille, run by three childhood friends: Hugo, Thomas, and Pierre. The trio focuses on seasonal cuisine that makes the most of local ingredients, with results that live up to expectations. The lunch menu really shines in its niche, featuring yellowtail crudo with crisp green beans, wasabi, cherries, and fresh almonds; paccheri with octopus ragout, tomatoes, olives, feta, and chipotle pepper; yellow-skinned chicken with roasted artichoke, marinated cucumber, parsley, and reduced sauce; and a thin puff pastry tart with apricot and rosemary, whipped rosemary ganache, and rosemary ice cream.
