In the heart of Brittany, we still love the atypical spaces of this restaurant set in a former garage. Beneath the building's lofty heights, Damien Le Quillec continues to honor his homeland with equally convincing interpretations of the land and sea. There's the fine work with wakame seaweed and smoked herring, scallops and pollack with bird tongue risotto, braised beef from Le Texier and pot-au-feu vegetables, and a chocolate and meringue dessert. The tasting menus raise the bar even higher, with two very convincing formulas at €42 and €70.
