This charming bourgeois home, located between Exit 5 of the A62 highway and Marmande, offers you a rather unique culinary journey. A unique eight-course dinner menu is served each evening, with each course representing a country whose cuisine Chef François Szpala and his wife have come to appreciate: Spain, Turkey, Lebanon, England, Japan, Argentina, Tasmania, and Iran are all featured destinations. You’ll be able to enjoy dishes such as cucumber gazpacho with wild thyme sorbet or Tasmanian pepper sorbet with gin and tonic espuma. This “Travel Journal” menu costs €70, and if you’d like to pair it with a few glasses of wine, expect an additional €20. For lunch, due to time constraints, you can still enjoy a 3-course (€28) or 6-course (€42) meal.
