A dedicated and distinguished restaurant in the heart of Montceau, where Chef Jérôme Brochot keeps a fine gastronomic tradition alive. Its large pink building is impossible to miss, and regulars head there without hesitation for the opulent setting and the regional cuisine—refined and always memorable. Its €42 set menu is unbeatable, featuring scallop risotto with Crémant de Bourgogne, skin-side-down roasted sea bream with braised tomatoes, peppers, and zucchini, a roasted Bresse chicken, seasonal vegetables, and pan juices, and finally an apricot clafoutis. Well-stocked wine cellar (Michel Juillot, Élodie Roy, Pierre Morey, Bruno Colin, Didier Dagueneau, Bernard Gripa, Domaine Rapet…).
