Remarkable Restaurant
The choice of a traditional, luxury dining experience is an excellent option for the “happy few” at K2. Here, they’ll find French cuisine that’s both grand and elevated in every sense of the word. Authentic classic sauces, top-quality ingredients, and regal service for truly indulgent meals, all curated by chefs Guillaume Duchemin and Davide Sessa: seared scallops, salsify, French caviar, Nantes-style beurre blanc, roasted veal sweetbreads, stuffed morels, French-style peas, a full-bodied gravy, and desserts by Marc-André Guerquin, who has taken over from Sébastien Vauxion.
