The menu is lively and even vibrant, featuring everything we love: the famous terrine, haddock with celery and meat jus, and simple yet magnificent dishes like Provençal beef stew, grilled farm-raised pork, and free-range poultry… And, of course, the wine is excellent at Stéphane’s, featuring his staples—including Goisot and Sérol—as well as wine by the pitcher.
