A friendly restaurant with terrace on the outskirts of Tarbes, on the road to Lourdes. This is an opportunity to enjoy a wide range of market cuisine, to suit all tastes: a slate of Bigorre black pork ham and charcuterie, scrambled eggs with truffles, mussels au gratin with julienne vegetables, a filet of roast st. Pierre, lemon and Parmesan risotto, beurre blanc with shallots, a filet of beef with red wine sauce, profiteroles, vanilla ice cream and Valrhona chocolate. Well-educated cellar at all prices (Henri Bourgeois, Joseph Drouhin, domaine Gayda, Faiveley, Louis Jadot, Ruinart...)
