Gault&Millau's review 2026

Gourmet Restaurant
“The most refined pleasure is to bring joy to others. ” Jean de La Bruyère and Lucas Marini were well inspired to write this—the former to make it a maxim presiding over the entrance, the latter, certain that a clientele from afar would appreciate the sentiment… For the past ten years, L’Arazur has therefore been dedicated to bringing pleasure through its sophisticated bistronomic cuisine, at times flirting with Japanese-inspired flavors and at others taking on a more refined, bourgeois flair: sea bream tartare, green apple, and nori seaweed; an excellent Jerusalem artichoke broth with crisp root vegetables paired with a scallop carpaccio, pork belly, and a dollop of orange-infused carrot purée; the puff pastry turnover filled with pigeon and foie gras… There are two options for a feast: take the blind tasting menu for €85, or choose à la carte—though the bill may not necessarily live up to the original intention of treating someone, as the prices seem to belong to another era. The wine cellar boasts some fine selections, while the service moves at lightning speed.
