L'Atelier des Terroirs, the new restaurant at the Mas de Baumes, offers good food, generosity and a superb setting in the heart of the causse de l'Hortus. This new formula is designed to be sincere, with the pleasure of sharing in mind. Beef carpaccio, pork chop, home-made burger... Meat lovers, you're in for a treat! You'll also discover a fine cellar, very accessible, with local estates. The mas also has a hotel, with its own swimming pool.
