A high-quality inn in the Croulebarbe neighborhood. The rustic interior, featuring large stone walls and old-fashioned beams, gives the place an intimate feel and also showcases a traditionally inspired chalkboard menu. For lunch, try the chorizo-stuffed baked egg, tuna tataki, the “fisherman’s catch” with vegetable tatin, Troyes andouillette, and chocolate fondant.
