Remarkable Restaurant
You’ll feel right at home with Odile and Jacques Arrayet, who—despite the demands of running a venerable three-toque restaurant—have managed to preserve the intimate atmosphere and traditional hospitality that are the hallmark of French hospitality. The chef never lets his guard down: recognized for his technical mastery during a Gault&Millau Tour, Jacques Arrayet knows and maintains the high quality of his producers to create cuisine that is perfectly cooked, precise, and true to its origins: veal tartare and foie gras, chilled pea soup, wild sea bass steamed in vadouvan, poached yellow peach and white nectarine with verbena and mint, as well as a chocolate mousse and liqueur dessert—all part of a very well-balanced menu for €64.
