You’ll need to get there a little early to snag a seat, and the reward begins as you drool over the extensive menu of the moment: piquillo pepper-stuffed pig’s ears, Espelette pepper-spiced baby squid croquettes, beef carpaccio, grilled octopus with garlic oil and paprika, chicken supreme with creamy polenta and peas in a foie gras sauce… Classic desserts (baba, rice pudding, Paris-Brest) reflect a consistently high culinary standard, along with a well-stocked wine cellar offering a variety of price points.
