At the helm of L'Envie, Martin, a passionate and daring young chef, skilfully blends the best of traditional French cuisine with inspirations from elsewhere (Asia, Africa or the United States...). His cozy restaurant offers 100% home-cooked, creative and gourmet cuisine. On its short menu, each plate surprises and delights with off-the-beaten-track combinations and recipes, always alongside a more traditional dish for palates in search of classic flavors. The signature beef tataki with chimichurri sauce is an unmistakable feature of the menu. The rest of the menu evolves regularly, with three starters, three main courses, a revisited burger and three desserts renewed every two months. At lunchtime, the weekly menu changes with the seasons and the Chef's whims. House cocktails and a selection of wines from Burgundy and Italy accompany this inventive cuisine, which can be enjoyed in a modern, refined and warm setting, also available for private events for 15 people or more.
