This is a charming little stop in Burgundy along the canal, where Chef Fabrice Dubois serves regional and traditional cuisine. The family-run inn is warm and welcoming, and especially pleasant in the summer with its terrace overlooking the water. On the menu: eggs en meurette, frog legs with parsley and fried in beef tallow, slow-cooked duck breast served with small potatoes, fresh French-style peas, carrot purée, and cherry jus, and “île flottante” with pink pralines.
