While the menu and the dishes are quite respectable, it must be said that the restaurant’s real draw lies in its wine cellar. An almost unexpected treasure trove, the catalog lists more than two hundred wines at every price point and from all over France, offering guests the chance to experience the full range of wine’s pleasures at the highest level. Among the offerings are Pol Roger, Jacky Blot, Weinbach, Alain Robert, Thierry Germain, Domaine de Chevalier, Thomas Pico, Joseph Drouhin, Méo-Camuzet, Chantal Lescure, Domaine Chevrot, Élodie Balme, Georges Vernay, Domaine Tempier, Château Simone, Domaine de Terrebrune… These wines will complement a classic brasserie menu, featuring sumptuous seafood platters, fried smelt, bouchot mussels with Maroilles cheese, a thick slice of whiting with eggplant caviar and pine nuts, 5A andouillette, and authentic chocolate mousse with fleur de sel.
