Chef's Restaurant
Having worked at some of the most prestigious establishments (Maison Cousseau, Christian Têtedoie, Le Meurice, and Le George V), Nicolas Rucheton has brought his experience of luxury and city life back to the countryside, offering here the experience of a village restaurant brimming with grandeur. The wine cellar is already a treasure waiting to be discovered (Deutz, Bollinger, Josmeyer, Trévallon, Tissot, Bellargus, Dagueneau, Montcalmes, Mas Jullien, Julien Pilon, Emmanuel Reynaud, Ganevat, Trévallon, Dujac…); it will accompany playful reinterpretations of local flavors and dishes made with premium ingredients, such as the mussels and fries appetizer, Rossini-style beef cheek, and a Queen Claude clafoutis with mousse, amaretto ice cream, and orgeat syrup.
