This new restaurant knows how to showcase the best of traditional home-style cooking, adding just the right touch of modernity to suit the times. The à la carte menu, with a few additional options, remains appealing—a small selection enhanced by exceptional off-menu items such as veal sweetbread vol-au-vent with chicken and langoustines, and beef tenderloin with green pepper sauce. The best set menu is available for lunch at €42 (€58 in the evening): sea bream tartare with raspberries and rhubarb juice; duck breast with ginger-infused sweet potato purée and apricot sauce; ripe strawberries and blueberries with passion fruit cream and basil sorbet. A classic wine selection.
