Remarkable Restaurant
Naoëlle d'Hainaut is now an established chef, and her restaurant is one of the most prominent in the Val-d'Oise. Located near the cathedral, the restaurant showcases beautiful ingredients, prepared with care and precision; some dishes feature Asian influences, such as Thai-style langoustines with creamy avocado and daikon radish, passion fruit vinaigrette; pan-seared foie gras with a pineapple glaze, broth infused with exotic fruits and cardamom, the semi-cooked sea trout glazed with balsamic vinegar and soy sauce, served with pak choi in an orange-scented sauce, and the five-hour slow-roasted lamb shoulder with ras el hanout… Seasonal desserts (chocolate cream with wild blackberries and Kalamata olives, roasted figs with honey, raspberries, and Middle Eastern flavors…), a great lunch menu for €62.
