Remarkable Restaurant

The Renaissance restaurant looks great, and with last year’s move from Altkirch, the Klanklong brothers have thus a bit more of a foothold in Alsace, offering a gourmet experience thanks to high-quality accommodations and a unique culinary journey that blends Alsatian and French traditions with their Thai heritage. The dining experience features a set menu, where coconut, galangal, and curry enhance and flavor local ingredients. Prices are €110 and €135 for dinner, with a lunch menu at €60. To diversify their offerings and raise awareness of their Thai culture, the two brothers also run two travel-themed bistros: Yim in Altkirch and Yam in Saint-Louis.
