Gourmet Restaurant
It’s a pleasure to see Matthieu and Lise again—they continue to embody the spirit of Ortensia, with him in the kitchen and her in the dining room—for a moment of unpretentious enjoyment. From the terrace, which offers a privileged setting and a breathtaking view of the Monts d’Orb, we enjoy the very limited menu, which focuses on the essentials: two appetizers, two main courses, and one dessert and/or cheese. There’s no set menu, but you can be sure to discover fresh ingredients, prepared with care and precision by Matthieu. Among other dishes, he treats us to his beef tartare with straw-cut potatoes, seasoned just right; Corsican sea bream with peas and tarragon; and, to end on a sweet note, Dulcey chocolate with pecans and passion fruit. A small but well-curated wine list. Good to know: there are five charming guest rooms, perfect for extending your stay.
