Between originality and authenticity, La Cueva is a niche restaurant to discover: Anthony and Mégane took over this restaurant last April with the aim of offering a unique customer experience from the moment they are welcomed to the end of their meal. The modern, creative cuisine combines simple, gourmet flavors on plates that are aesthetically pleasing at first glance. The menu follows the Mediterranean inspirations of the Chef, who works with fresh, seasonal produce, mostly local thanks to the region's terroir. Each recipe is carefully crafted: the combinations he creates are sometimes unexpected, but always coherent in their respect for the ingredients, such as salmon gravlax with mango and beet, salt-crusted beef rib with home fries, or duck breast in gravy with Collioure anchovies. With vegetarian and gluten-free alternatives, as well as burgers, poke bowls and sharing platters, there's something for everyone in this warm, family-friendly setting.
