It’s a true institution, open since 1963 and still going strong today under the leadership of Éric Gachignard, bringing this corner of Picardy genuine renown among food lovers. The restaurant proudly upholds a classic style, both in its atmosphere and on the plate. The €45 set menu lives up to its excellent reputation, featuring a perfectly cooked carbonara-style egg with a medley of fava beans, peas, and croutons; a blue lobster salad with green and white asparagus, sorrel, and avocado; braised veal liver; served with a creamy sauce featuring shavings of summer truffles, pan-seared oyster mushrooms and baby potatoes, and a strawberry dessert with Tahitian vanilla. Good service.
