Fine produce, real cooking and ideas are the ingredients for a lively, ever-changing menu: cod with mother-of-pearl sauce, carrot pressé with meadow cumin, roast monkfish with Armorican bisque, veal chop with asparagus and Colonnata bacon in a fine menu that ends with a fresh cherry dessert with pistachio peas. Good level of service, varied wine cellar in terms of estates and prices.
