The concept of regional cuisine right in the heart of Paris is a welcome one. We really like this simple bistro, which takes diners on a tour of France—and even beyond, with dishes like stracciatella di bufala, ricotta ravioli, and ham from Extremadura. A selection of cheeses from all regions, chicken liver and mushroom terrine, beef tartare from Polmard, and salmon and avocado tartare. These dishes are paired with organic and biodynamic wines.
