Located just a few minutes from Chantilly and Senlis, the restaurant is a contemporary and elegant destination where the chef—who trained under Éric Samson and Marc Le Ouedec—presents an engaging signature cuisine. The menu beautifully reflects the seasons, featuring a starter of tuna, zucchini, and basil; skate with brocolettis and sage; pork with tomato and tagetes; and a soufflé with Chartreuse, orange, and cardamom.
