Remarkable Restaurant
Uzès is a precious gem, an Occitan embodiment of Provence; this house is one of its jewels—a superb 17th-century mansion that further enhances the pleasure of a vacation here. This pleasure is extended at the table by the culinary creations of Christophe Ducros, who has mastered his craft over several decades and can afford to offer his regular clientele exclusively tasting menus at €135 and €165, plus an introductory lunch menu at €65. Sustainably caught fish (from “Côté Fish” in Le Grau-du-Roi), Tarbouriech oysters, and pigeons from the Costières region are the restaurant’s regular suppliers. The wine cellar is extensive, featuring wines from the Costières and throughout Occitanie, with a good selection of classic wines.
