This is one of Martel's most festive spots, a bar-tapas right in the center of town, where you can meet up with friends over a drink, and a little side-dish cooking that holds up well. The menu is concise, with timeless delights such as charcuterie and cheese boards, croc'amadour, dry sausage by the slice, squash and old rodez risotto, and sweetbread nuggets.
