For a stay in Albi, La Réserve 5* is definitely the most beautiful hotel, for a weekend of prestige and charm. Between visits to the city center and the sublime Sainte-Cécile cathedral, you can take a gourmet break at the hotel's table, whether you're a guest or not, for gastronomic cuisine of classic obedience, with a few fusion touches. There's no room for extravagance here, but everything runs smoothly. A la carte: blue lobster, bisque and yuzu gel, velouté of porcini mushrooms and smoked bacon, filet of pageot, cashew nuts, leeks and beurre blanc, saddle of lamb, beet, chickpea panisse, chocolate mi-cuit, chocolate ice cream and crème anglaise. Menus at €55 and €79.
