This reliable little bistro runs smoothly and pays just as much attention to the food as it does to the drinks, as its name suggests. The menu is short but good, especially at lunch with a €31 set menu worth checking out: pan-seared squid with parsley, gorgonzola and walnut ravioli, or brandade, or pan-seared veal liver with new potatoes, chocolate mousse, rice pudding… The à la carte menu is more varied, ranging from Caesar salad to veal sweetbreads with mushrooms, but the cooking is always done in the right spirit.
