This is where the Breizh Café success story begins, and in a way, where it ends. For, of the Breizh cafés whose high quality is always praised, it is here in Cancale that the whole concept reaches its climax, around the Japanese-Breton cuisine imagined by Bertrand Larcher. Chef Raphaël Fumio Kudaka brilliantly explores the entrepreneur's intuition, developing a fusion cuisine that's as appealing as ever: cereal starter, Roscoff lobster, Scottish salmon and sand carrot; soba noodles, Ostra Regal oyster and Breton dashi; duck, miso, salsify, Japanese rice, ume katsuo; crepe, kasu sake and orange. Outstanding service.
