Chef's Restaurant
At the helm for about ten months now, Chef Jean-Luc L'Hourre—a Meilleur Ouvrier de France—who had already won us over at Jacques Chibois’s Bastide Saint-Antoine, offers precise and masterfully executed seasonal cuisine that blends Breton regional traditions, Mediterranean flavors, and Italian influences. The plates are beautifully presented, the cooking is spot-on, and the overall experience is quite compelling. A delicate vitello tonnato, skin-side-down roasted sea bream fillet, Vénéré rice, and a tian of violin zucchini on a foamy beurre blanc, along with a strawberry millefeuille and vanilla diplomat cream, make up a reasonably priced lunch menu on a street where competition is fierce. Service is quick and efficient, while the dining room charms with its ambiance and attention to detail. Special mention goes to the wine cellar, which boasts approximately 250 selections and large-format bottles, including the 15-liter Nebuchadnezzar. This restaurant is rapidly gaining momentum and deserves your attention. Parking is provided by the restaurant.
