Leflaive’s first restaurant is already a little gem nestled among the vineyards, where you can taste the estate’s wines while enjoying market-fresh cuisine. The style is less traditional, with more contemporary ideas: escabeche-style baby tuna, fennel salad, tangy Bresse cream with dill oil, fresh-caught fish, and a variety of zucchini dishes, fish jus, tomato, and basil; Iberian pork pluma with mitraille potatoes, spring onions, roasted oyster mushrooms, and a mushroom oil-infused jus; and a roasted apricot with Dulcey ganache, hazelnut crumble, and yogurt ice cream. We draw from the same wine cellar as Klima.
