It’s a real pleasure to return to this lovely restaurant on the banks of the Garonne, led by Michel Dussau, a true icon of his city. The restaurant is the perfect spot for any occasion, where guests come knowing they’ll enjoy a warm, convivial experience. The chef crafts dishes that celebrate the local terroir with vibrant colors and intense flavors, expressed with sincerity, featuring a selection of green asparagus and simmered onions, grilled shrimp, coral vinaigrette, a slice of turbot meunière with boulangère potatoes and beurre blanc, lime, or a traditional vol-au-vent filled with rooster kidneys, sweetbreads, chicken quenelles, langoustines, mushrooms, truffles, and scallops.
