After the spa and its menu of made-to-measure treatments, it's on to La Table des Combettes, run by Loïs Chancrin, who has worked with some of the world's top chefs, and Clément Maneval. Together, they celebrate bistronomy by sublimating seasonal produce and local producers. The menu, renewed every month, surprises with its creativity: corn gazpacho, spicy spianata chantilly, confit trout pavé with pan-fried vegetables and wheat pearls... Flavor combinations approach perfection and desserts, such as the pear-mirabelle amandine, reveal a true work of goldsmith.
