We don't really remember the sign saluting the Pina Canale zip code, where the parent company was based before it took its place at the entrance to the city's most gourmet street. That was almost thirty years ago. The folklore and good old recipes have remained, much to the delight of visitors. A unique menu in the evening, in this village inn setting.
