A restaurant to watch, with Mathieu front and center in the dining room and Taïki in the kitchen—together, they offer a very distinct vision of contemporary cuisine that is both aesthetically pleasing and epicurean. The menu has evolved nicely; it’s broad and enticing enough to please everyone: sea bream ceviche with kalamansi vinaigrette, vermicelli salad with nuoc mam, duck pastilla with blackcurrant jus, carrot-ginger mousseline, and baby potatoes, peach and blackberry soup with grapefruit sorbet infused with verbena—all from two talented chefs at fair prices, around 50–60 € per course, in a simple, modern bistro setting. The wine cellar is quite extensive, with a good selection by the glass.
