Chef's Restaurant
Set in one of France's most beautiful natural sites, the 5* Agapa hotel enjoys a unique setting, with a breathtaking view over the Bay of Sept-Îles. The bright, ultra-contemporary dining room opens onto the sea through large bay windows. In the kitchen, chef Steve Carda takes us on a voyage of discovery, harmoniously blending influences from his Martinique origins, his time at Le Meurice during the Alléno period, and his experiences with Mickaël Féval and Jean-Pierre Vigato. His €70 menu lives up to expectations: half-cooked tuna tataki, gribiche sauce with pig's ears and West Indian chili, abalone cooked in semi-salted butter and artichoke mousseline with Breton curry, vanilla and rhubarb entremets, orange blossom sorbet. Good service.
