A genuine Granvillian institution since 1981, Le Borsalino is a popular address with locals and visitors alike. Passionately self-taught, Laila and her team take care of the welcome and customer experience, while Mohammed, a former student of the Maurice Marland hotel school, passes on over 25 years' experience in the restaurant business. The renovated premises are a cosy, elegant setting overlooking the boats and the sea. Le Borsalino's identity revolves around charcoal cooking, which sublimates fish, local meats and seasonal vegetables. Pizzas, pasta and homemade tomato coulis are baked in an oven specially designed for Le Borsalino. In the kitchen, Pascal, a fixture of the house for over 37 years, watches over the pizza oven with passion. At his side are Nicolas, the specialist in delicious beurre blanc sauce, with 20 years' experience, and Nabou, the specialist in homemade marinades... A trio who pass on their know-how every day, making the most of fresh, local produce, carefully worked into a sincere and generous cuisine, with a discreet touch of southern inspiration as the seasons go by. A place to follow on social networks: Facebook (LeBorsalino2) and Instagram (@leborsalino.granville).
