Gault&Millau's review 2026

An honest regional representative against a backdrop of tradition. The menus are well composed and, at €24 and €37, the recipes are well executed, with jambon persillé and supreme de volaille à la moutarde for the former, escargots and magret with nougat sauce or filet de perdre with chalonnaise sauce for the latter. Choice of classic desserts: tatin, dôme cassis, vanilla macaron.
