At the entrance to Simiane, this charming country house is a lovely stopover in the Luberon, with its large terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. The menu focuses on the essentials, with mussels au gratin with parsley butter, red mullet fillets en papillote Provençal style with Camargue rice, whole duck breast cooked with Camargue salt and porcini mushroom sauce, and iced nougat.
