Gault&Millau's review2026
In this little street branching off from Saint-Dominique, there’s not much resemblance to a Lyon traboule—nor even to the extensive menu, which instead offers an eclectic and contemporary cuisine with a distinctly southern flair: eggplant caviar with smoked oil and cumin, beef heart pizza with halloumi and rhubarb pesto, pig’s trotter croquettes, gnocchi with sorrel and wild garlic, and Dauphinois gratin with chorizo. Prices are quite reasonable, right through to the pavlova or the chocolate mousse with green tea ice cream.
