Things are moving in the right direction at this welcoming restaurant with the feel of a neighborhood café, part of the La Pantruchoise group (Pantruche, Caillebotte. Pauline Labrousse creates her own distinctive cuisine here, full of freshness and creativity…), with a particular focus on plant-based dishes: cod, celery, and potato croquettes with orange-infused carrot coulis and Kalamata olives; cannelloni with asparagus, Brillat-Savarin sauce, and spinach; bone-in ham with rosemary, fava beans with shallots, lamb’s lettuce, and pork jus. There are also some great dessert ideas (apple tatin with Saint-Germain and sheep’s milk yogurt…).
