Quiet and unassuming, the restaurant run by Hide Kobayashi doesn’t make much of a splash, but has been delivering consistently solid cuisine for years. And even if the atmosphere sometimes borders on being a bit dull, the food is sure to wake you up, thanks to its skillful execution and quality, on a €44 menu that offers a wide selection: monkfish cheeks in escabèche with melon in a balsamic vinaigrette, beef stew with Parmesan risotto, and Mont-Blanc with chestnut cream, for a classic and successful meal.
