Chef's Restaurant
It’s a true institution, having stood the test of time for nearly a century. Proud of its heritage while showcasing its classic style and looking toward the future, this 4-star hotel and restaurant now offers a chic, bourgeois experience, particularly at Thomas Busnoult’s table. While lunch often features fusion cuisine, the dinner menu remains classic: onion soup au gratin, Burgundy snails with garlic and parsley, whiting goujonnettes with tartar sauce, Vallée d’Auge chicken vol-au-vent, and a thin apple tart. Good service.
