Remarkable Restaurant
For decades, this beautiful granite manor has been the culinary pride of the people of Brest. Philippe Le Bigot has brilliantly ensured its continued success, having embraced all the values of the place and, for over fifteen years, interpreted—through his own personality—the powerful union of the ocean and the meadows. His ocean-inspired cuisine never loses sight of seasonal produce and locally raised ingredients, as evidenced by some standout dishes this summer: wild abalone with a velvety vegetable purée and ginger; line-caught sea bass with basil emulsion and tomato texture; veal sweetbreads with blackcurrant gastrique; Plougastel strawberries with gwell ice cream… The menus are well-structured, allowing guests to get to know the restaurant starting with the 75 € set menu, and the wine list is similarly versatile, offering both premium bottles and affordable options.
